A6400 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the a6400 platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering for or using a6400's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To register and use a6400, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Is not on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any authority.
  • Register with accurate, truthful, and complete information.

A6400 reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the above requirements without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at a6400. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. a6400 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and while using the platform is accurate and up to date. Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform systems.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
  • Using automated software or bots to access or interact with the platform.
  • Making false or fraudulent claims relating to transactions or accounts.

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the a6400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not directly accept or process payments in foreign currencies.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Users may make deposits using approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and various Malaysian online banks. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal requests will be processed once user identity verification has been successfully completed. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method selected. a6400 reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance purposes before approving any withdrawal.

Non-Reversible Transactions

Once funds have been credited to a gaming account, the transaction cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to a6400 support within 7 days of the date the transaction occurred.

Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

A6400 provides an online entertainment platform that includes Sports Betting, Live Casino, Blackjack, and other games as made available from time to time. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, a6400 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by the user.
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
  • Losses arising from unauthorised use of a user's account.
  • Game or betting outcomes that do not meet the user's expectations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the a6400 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of a6400 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.

Account Suspension, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

A6400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or taken actions that are harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining funds in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Third-Party Links & Services

The a6400 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. a6400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms before using them.

Changes to These Terms

A6400 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Malaysia.
